What you are looking at

The call, the note, and the booking.

One desk

Write the script. Then read the call.

The same rules that shape the greeting also decide the note your team sees when the caller hangs up.

Set the words before the phone rings.

You write the greeting, the questions, and the handoff. In the sample, Lowell asks about the leak, the address, and whether water is near power or gas. If it is safe, he offers Thursday at 9:40.

These lines are text, not audio. Sample number (415) 555-0148 is not in service.

What the caller hears

Marrow and Co., this is Lowell. How can I help?

What the team keeps

A Thursday visit, plus a note about the leak.

How a call runs

From script to note, in four moves.

  1. 01

    Write the script

Type the greeting, the questions, and the point where a person should take over.

  2. 02

Pick a voice and a number

Choose how the agent sounds, then attach a business number. This site only shows a sample number.

  3. 03

Let the agent take the call

The agent listens, answers from the script, and asks the next question.

  4. 04

    Read the note

You get the caller’s name, the result, and the next step. You do not have to replay the whole call.

What the desk is for

Three jobs the note has to finish.

Book a visit

Offer the next open slot and write the address on the booking.

Take a callback

Save the question and the number when the caller wants a person.

Answer a simple question

Say whether you serve the area, then stop. Do not invent a visit.

Flag a risk

If the caller mentions power or gas, skip the booking and mark the call urgent.

Where it fits

Days when nobody can stand by the phone.

01

On the job

A plumber is under a sink. The agent asks what the new caller needs and offers the next open slot.

02

After closing

The clinic line still rings. The agent takes the reason for the call and a number for the morning.

03

A new lead

Someone wants a price. The agent collects the address and the age of the heater, then leaves a callback.

Questions

What is Pellam?

Pellam is a phone agent. It is meant to answer a business line, follow a script you wrote, and save a short note when the call ends.

Does this website place a real call?

No. The call desk, the phone card, and the sample number are drawings of the product. Nothing on this site dials a phone.

Who is it for?

Shops, clinics, and service teams that miss calls while they are with a customer. A plumber on a job and a front desk after closing are the kinds of days it is drawn for.

What does the team get after a call?

A name, a topic, an outcome such as booked or callback, and the next step. In the sample, Priya Nandakumar is booked for Thursday at 9:40.

Will sign-up create an account?

Create an account or sign in. The call desk is behind that login.

Can the agent hand the call to a person?

The script preview includes a handoff rule. If water is near power or gas, Lowell does not book a visit. He marks the call urgent and takes a callback number. This site cannot transfer a live call.
